FAQs

I cannot log into my FAI Account to pay for tickets, What do I do?

Please note your FAI Ticket Account is different to your FAI Away Portal Account

Go to www.fai.ie/myaccount and use the ‘forgot your password’ function. If you continue to have problems please contact FAI Ticket Office on 01 8999500

What information do I need to make my application?

Applicants will be asked to provide details of each fan travelling, name, supporter category and details (as above), passport details and travel details as per our standard terms and conditions for Away matches, if known at the time.

All successful applicants will be required to complete the travel and accommodation information, for all fans, if they have not done so at the initial stage of application, prior to tickets being dispatched. Tickets will not be dispatched without this information.

My account has temporarily been blocked

This occurs when there has been more than 5 failed login attempts for the account. The block is automatically removed 15 minutes after the last unsuccessful attempt after which you can try again.

Where can I find out more information about away match fixtures?

More information can be found on the portal home page.
Please note that the FAI do not directly arrange travel or accommodation of any type. Assistance can be found by contacting our official travel partner – Abbey Travel – http://www.abbeytravel.ie.

Are tickets available for disabled fans?

Yes we will endeavour to assist disabled fans in every way possible. Please contact the ticket office directly on 01 8999500 for more details.

How much do tickets cost?

The price of tickets is defined by the host association and the FAI reserves the right to add a small administration and distribution charge.
On application you will be asked to select a preferred ticket price category, however please note we cannot guarantee that each supporter will get their preferred ticket category. Once ticket prices become available we will update our fixtures page located on Step 2: Apply for Tickets. On successful allocation supporters will be notified and sent an invoice for payment.

When will I be notified whether my application has been successful?

The FAI will endeavour to advise fans of the outcome of applications at least 6 weeks in advance of the fixture date and at this time the payment details for the balance will be notified.

How many tickets can I apply for per match?

There is no limit on the number of tickets fans can apply for. However individual names must be provided for each ticket application.
